In a heartfelt reveal, Olly Murs has stunned fans by announcing he’s stepping away from his music career for a whole year to dedicate himself fully to his new role as a father and husband. The 41-year-old singer, who recently welcomed his son Albert in September 2025 with his wife, personal trainer Amelia Tank, 34, shared the emotional decision to prioritize family over fame. 
“Becoming a dad changes everything. This year is all about working on smaller projects and, most importantly, being there for my family,” Olly said in an exclusive interview with The Mirror. “I’m stepping back from music and touring to enjoy a break, be a present father, and a loving husband.”
