After years of appearing sharp-suited in the courtroom and on television, Judge Rob Rinder has sent fans into a frenzy by revealing a dramatically different side — and it’s all about muscle, confidence, and a seriously intense gym grind.

The 47-year-old TV favourite stunned followers this week when he shared a sizzling shirtless selfie on his Instagram Story, showing off his chiselled abs and toned physique in a mirror snap taken at the gym. Wearing only a pair of low-slung black shorts, Rob struck a smouldering pose — and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.

But despite the jaw-dropping image, Rob kept his trademark humour, joking that the look was down to “hard work and soft lighting,” a line that only added to the charm of the moment.

This isn’t the first time the Good Morning Britain presenter has flirted with the “thirst trap” label. In fact, his close friend Rylan Clark has previously teased him over similar posts — even branding them outright as “thirst traps.”

Last year, Rob once again sent social media into meltdown when he flexed his bulging biceps in another shirtless snap. At the time, he playfully blamed his godchildren, writing that they had stolen his phone and posted the image, joking: “Thanks Hasbro for the new GI Rinder Doll… and bless my godkids for stealing my phone and posting a thirst trap.”

Rylan was quick to jump into the comments with a cheeky “Schlaaaaggggg,” prompting Rob to fire back: “@rylan you’ve taught me so well. Thank you x” — a playful exchange that only fuelled fans’ fascination with their dynamic.

The pair even sparked romance rumours at one point, after Rob hinted that friendship can sometimes turn into love while discussing their travels together. But Rylan quickly shut down the speculation, stating clearly: “I am not dating Rob Rinder.”

While his love life remains under wraps, Rob appears to be fully focused on self-improvement — and the results are impossible to ignore.

Alongside his fitness journey, he’s also been keeping active in other ways, recently taking part in dance training sessions with former Strictly Come Dancing professional Luba Mushtuk.

Sharing a glimpse into their rehearsals, Rob posted a snap of the pair in a dance studio, captioning it: “Day dancing with @lubamushtuk,” hinting at a new passion beyond the gym.

Luba, who recently confirmed her departure from Strictly after a decade on the show, described her exit as an emotional moment, saying her time there “truly meant the world” to her as she now looks ahead to new opportunities.

For Rob, though, one thing is clear — whether it’s in the gym, on the dance floor, or on screen, he’s entering a bold new era… and fans are absolutely loving every second of it.
