The longtime Fox News host, 64, opened up during a recent appearance on The Katie Miller Podcast, where he spoke candidly about his relationship with fellow Fox personality Ainsley, 49, and why their bond works despite the intense pressure of their high-profile careers 

For years, Hannity and Earhardt kept their romance largely hidden from public view, even as rumours swirled around the pair inside and outside the Fox News world.

But now, engaged and more comfortable speaking about their future, Hannity says the secret to their relationship is surprisingly simple: they share the same values.

“When you find the right person that is completely supportive of all that I do, and we have the exact same values, and we love to do the same stuff,” he said.
